Approvals
Smaller, lower decks can often be built as exempt development. Higher or larger ones need a CDC or DA. We check before we build.

Renovation, extension and entertaining deck
The Bernards needed a facelift for their family home. Water issues and functionality were among our main focuses for this project. New bathrooms, a kitchen, a back extension, and a huge new entertaining deck with a BBQ and pool area gave this property an incredible new look, with custom details everywhere to completely tailor the home to the Bernards' lifestyle.
